Where can one apply for a work at home position answering incoming calls?

I live here in Austin, TX and I wanted to know if there are any positions where I can work at home answering incoming calls maybe as a CSR or some other kind of job. I am not quite sure about the position I am in right now because they just laid off people so I am looking for a job where I can do from home. Don’t want to pay any kinds of fees for the scams on the internet and looking for a real legit work at home job . Do you know any available in my area? Also I would like to work a shift during the day and not overnight or some crazy hours like that?

This isn’t answering calls, but it is a great way to make some nice part time money.

I have lots of sites listed. I made $850+ last month and about $1,000 so far in March.

Please click my Avatar to see the list and a link for payment proof. All of these sites are free to join.

Enjoy!!! :)

First Time Home Buyer, Need To Know Of Some Good Programs?

I am moving to the Austin TX area, I just started working as a route driver but it only pays $90/day plus 7% commission. I am looking to work at the county jail which I have more experience, that would pay 15.50/hr and there would be a good amount of overtime. Should I wait or go for it now with this route driver job to try for a house? I really don’t want to rent an apt. I’d be staying with family for a little while. I also am married and have 2 kids with one on the way. With my last job as a Correctional Officer i made around $60,000 for 2007. That job paid less than the one I’m going for now. I’m really stuck in making a decision. It would be my first time buying and I’m willing to make a lot of sacrifices. I have no credit cards and 1 car pmt which is less than 300/month. What good programs are there for my situation and what’s the best thing I can do for an immediate place to live.

Try for a fha loan. This is great for first time home buyers like yourself. The interest rate is low. A fha loan can’t be done if you don’t meet all the requirements or have anything negative on your credit report for the past two years. I would try to get a loan now since the federal government cut interest rates. It is a good time to buy a home, the rates are outstanding. Be sure to get a home that you can afford and be caustious of getting an arm or adjustable rate mortgage. I posted a resource that offers, quotes, calculators, tips and articles on the home buying process. Compare as many offers as possible.
