Work At home?
I need to find a job I can do at home. And not those BS scams if anyone knows of anything please let me know. I have 2 kids and health conditions and they have denied my disability AGAIN! Please NO scams, real jobs or ideas only.
There r many jobs like data entry, making website, data conversion. I am doing one home based job thru internet. This is data conversion job. I convert pdf file into ms word doc. To get this job one should be resident of India and proficient in ms word.

Dose anyone here have homes you own for rent?
My boyfriend and i are talking about moving in together in a few years. We are obviously going to have to get good well paying jobs (hes a landscaper and i am going into the law department – sorry if thats not what its called haha, i’m not sure(police work or dispatcher), but we both want to make at least a thousand or more a month. But anyways, my question is that he wants to buy us a small home and then buy like 2 more homes and use them for other people to rent. Is that a good idea? I didn’t really understand what he was saying because it was so late, but dosen’t letting people use the homes for rent give you an extra income every month or so? Any experience from this? Thanks in advance!
Well, my family owns 7 homes in our native city in India – and we rent-out 5 of them :
We do get a sizeable rent from our tenants, each month. But, after paying the corporation taxes, and income tax as well (rent is income, you see !), what is left is a lot LESS than what we could get by simply depositing the equivalent of the current price of these 5 homes in any bank !
For us, it does not matter, because we had simply inherited these homes (we did not buy them with money that we earned !). And as the land value steadily keeps on rising, we also have the option of selling 1 or 2 of these homes if ever we need a sizeable sum of cash.
But, unless both of you have sizeable inheritances to invest in buying houses, I cannot imagine how a salaried couple can buy a house outright : You will have to get a bank-loan, and have to both (1) repay a monthly installment of your loan, plus (2) pay the bank’s monthly interest as well !
…Even with only one home-loan, on a home that you have rented out, you will find that you will have very little left from the rent after clearing these, and paying the taxes, etc., charged by your city.
…With 1 home-loan for your own residence, plus 2 additional home-loans for the 2 rented ones (as per your plan), you will have 3 sets of installments/interests to shell-out each month – and might even find yourself nearing bancruptcy !
Invest only in buying your own home now : Wait until you have full, and clear possession of it, and then think of starting to invest in a second. One thing at a time, dear : Slow and steady, alone, can succeed !
