What is your daily routine?
From morning to night, what is it that you do all day?
Here’s my schedule:
6:00am: Wake up and get ready for work
6:30am: Clear the snow off my car and leave for work
7:00am: Start work
11:45am: Lunch Time for 30 mins.
4:30pm: Leave to go home
5:00pm: Relax at home and watch Dr. Phil and check my Cafe World game on Facebook
6:00pm: Get a shower and spend time combing out my long tangled hair
6:30pm: Get clothes and lunch ready for work the next day
7:00pm: Husband get’s home from work and we chat about the day
8:00pm: Eat dinner
9:00pm: Watch tv and I usually fall asleep arounf 10:30pm
So, my day is pretty much the same every day except for the weekends.
I keep Y!A minimized on my computer at work and answer questions throughout the day.
5:20 am: wake up and let the dog outside
5:25 am: weigh myself (because I’m OCD, not because I’m anorexic)
5:30 am: jump in the shower
5:50 am: throw some clothes on and let the dog back in
5:55 am: start the car so it can get warmed up then finish getting ready for work
6:30 am: leave for work
7:00 am: arrive at work
7:15 am: finish putting on makeup in my office and go out for my morning smoke break
7:30 am: check my work email (making sure to send at least one out so someone has a “record” of me being here)
8:30 am: go out for another smoke break
10:30 am: another smoke break…Y!A can be stressful, you know… ![]()
11:30 am: lunch break (supposed to be only 1 hour, but I sham every day)
1:00 pm: back from lunch
1:30 pm: smoke break again…(I should probably cut down, I know)
2:30 pm: start work…that’s right folks!
3:30 pm: smoke break again…
4:00 pm: sneak out of work 30 minutes early
4:30 pm: get home, let the dog out and kick my feet up
5:00-6:00 pm: dinner time (preparing and eating)
6:30 pm: clean up after dinner (OCD kicks in again)
7:00 pm: 30-minutes of yoga
7:30 pm: go out back with the dog and throw a ball while I smoke
8:00 pm: go lay in bed and read until I fall asleep
This is my life when hubby’s away…
Mon: piano practice/physical therapy
Tues: water aerobics at the gym
Wedn: mental therapy/physical therapy
Thurs: water aerobics at the gym
Frid: physical therapy
my time after work is stretched very thin these days…
