how can i stop worrying about my mother so much?
my mom works at mayo clinic in rochester, mn. she’s gone before i wake up, and doesn’t return until around 6 p.m….and all that time, i live with a constant fear that she may not return home. i never used to worry like this, but i lost my father last august…and i can not imagine losing my mother. i mean, i was just watching the news, and there was a fatal car accident in my county; it happened about 7 a.m. and the person killed was driving a ford explorer. this made my heart sink; though, my mother drives a ford escape. but still…i’m worrying to the point where it’s effecting my every-day life. how can i stop?
Honey it is very understandable why you worry about her especially after losing your father. In time it wont be so bad but until time goes by try to focus on other things and maybe it wont be so stressful for you
